Tu B’Shevat, the Rosh Hashanah of the Trees, is a time of renewal and celebration, marking the transition from winter to spring. It’s a festival that reminds us of nature’s abundance, and we honor it by enjoying a variety of fresh and dried fruits, nuts, and vibrant flavors. At *Elli’s Kosher Kitchen*, we’ve created a special menu that captures the essence of this beautiful holiday, available for order or to be enjoyed at the *Abrahamic Family House*.

This year’s Tu B’Shevat feast includes:
Marinated roast chicken served with barley, dried figs, and fresh thyme
Pan-fried salmon fillet with a pomegranate and orange glaze
Braised stuffed lamb filled with dates and figs, served with pomegranate za’atar
Moroccan braised chicken with dried apricots, prunes, dates, turmeric, and honey
And for dessert, a selection to savor:
Chocolate pomegranate pie
Dates and dried fruit truffles
Pear and apple crumble
If you’d like to host your own Tu B’Shevat seder with a menu fll of rich flavors and meaningful ingredients, we’d love to bring it to you. Contact us at kosher.auh@alofthotel.com to place your order and celebrate the holiday with us.
